Bella Vista, Arkansas Dr. Kenneth L. Ubben was born and grew up in Iowa where he was valedictorian of his High School graduating class of 1965. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at Iowa State University in 1969, graduating with Honors and Distinction. He graduated from the University of Iowa Medical School in 1973. Dr. Ubben performed a rotating Internship at LaCrosse Lutheran Hospital from 1973 – 1974, and then served two years as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force as Chief of Aerospace Medicine at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. He completed his Dermatology Residency at the University of Minnesota in 1979, and has been in private practice since that time.
Dr. Ubben’s practice is general Dermatology with a special emphasis on dermatologic surgery; especially skin cancer surgery, including Mohs micrographically controlled surgery. “I try to treat patients like I would want my family or myself to be treated. We have a very pleasant office in an easy to reach location. Our staff is well trained and friendly.”
