1120 E Elizabeth St Fort Collins, Colorado Dr. Baack was an instructor in the Department of Dermatology at the University of New Mexico Hospital for a year before going into private practice at the Northern Arizona Dermatology Center in Flagstaff, AZ. After nine years in practice in Flagstaff, Dr. Baack and his family moved to Colorado where he has been in practice at the Fort Collins Skin Clinic since July of 2001. He also currently teaches residents in the Family Practice program at Poudre Valley Hospital.
