Largo, Florida As the senior member of Bay Dermatology Associates, P.A., Dr. Richard A. Miller is known for his caring, warmth and dedication to his patients in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Miller is a Board Certified Dermatologist specializing in diseases and surgery of the skin and cosmetic/laser surgery. Dr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received his medical degree at Michigan State University. He completed three years of Dermatology training in association with Suncoast Hospital, Largo, FL. Dr. Miller is a member of the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, Florida Society of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology and the Florida Society of facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery among other member associations. He is Program Director of the Suncoast Hospital Residency Program assisting in the education of students, interns and residents from across the country. He is also Clinical Instructor for Nova Southeastern University’s Department of Dermatology.
