Dr. Glavey received her Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago and Michigan State University. She then received a Master of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Microbiology and Immunology from Michigan State University while attending the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University. After her internship in Internal Medicine, Dr. Glavey received her Residency training in Dermatology at Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Glavey then recieved her Certification by the American Board of Dermatology. She has now been in practice for 17 years. Dr. Glavey specializes in several areas: comprehensive examinations of the skin for detection of cancerous and precancerous growths, cancer surgery, laser surgery, and removal of moles. Dr. Glavey also has extensive training and experience in Cosmetic Dermatology. Dr. Glavey performs the following cosmetic procedures: Fraxel Laser Resurfacing, NLite laser collagen replenishment, NLite laser acne treatment, Thermage non-surgical facial tightening, Radiesse, Restylane, and Captique injections, laser treatment of blood vessels and brown spots, chemical peels, microdermabrasion.

With a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Dr. Glavey has a special interest in formulating new cosmetic treatments for the skin, and has developed several cosmeceutical products.
