Dr. Spates devotes most of his practice to cutaneous oncology and skin cancer surgery and is fellowship trained in the Mohs micrographic surgical technique. He also has considerable experience with cosmetic procedures including botulinim toxin, fillers, lasers, and peels. His office has a full time cosmetic and skin care center.
