Dr. Wang is a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in melanoma, Mohs’ micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgery, and laser surgery. Mohs’ surgery is a tissue-sparing surgery. It ensures the complete removal of the skin cancer while preserving the maximal amount of normal surrounding tissue. He also specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of skin cancers, especially melanoma. To manage high-risk skin cancer patients, he uses whole-body photography, dermoscopy, and computerized digital imaging systems. In addition, he is actively involved in clinical research, with a focus on developing cutting-edge technologies for the non-invasive diagnosis of skin cancer.
