Michael Stierstorfer, M.D. is a practitioner of general dermatology and dermatologic surgery in North Wales, PA. His practices encompass all aspects of dermatology including primary skin diseases, skin manifestations of internal disease, skin cancer and cosmetic dermatology. He excels in providing individualized, attentive, punctual care. Dr. Stierstorfer completed his Internal Medicine internship and Dermatology residency at the Darthmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, NH, where he served as Chief Resident his senior year. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Dermatology department at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He is published in a number of peer-reviewed dermatology journals, a clinical investigator and consultant for major pharmaceutical companies, and an active participant in the Major League Baseball Skin Cancer Screening and Awareness Program. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology and the Philadelphia Dermatologic Society.
