Dr. Robert P. Fuller Jr. graduated from Medical School at the University of Mississippi, Jackson in 1976, completed his Dermatology Residency at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland in 1980, and had Chemosurgery Fellowship training under Dr. Frederick E. Mohs at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1979. From 1980 – 1983, Dr. Fuller was Staff Dermatologist at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, Instructor, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, and Instructor at Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dermatology, in Washington, D.C. He is currently in private practice at Dermatology Associates of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Dr. Fuller is a Fellow of the American College of Chemosurgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a Member of the International Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He has several publications:
